Brownell Sound has been known for over 40 years as a Customer Service
driven organization with the Customer's Needs as the Focal Point. There is
no such thing as the 'Cookie Cutter Approach' at Brownell Sound AVL. The customer is always first when we design a project. Whether it is a Training Room like this one, a Gym Sound System, or a First Class Banquet Room like these projects shown below, YOUR NEEDS are OUR COMPASS in the design of the systems. Special attention is ALWAYS paid to WHO will operate these systems and what the level of technical competance they have. Keeping systems simple is an art unto itself these days, and something we STRIVE FOR.
Challenging Acoustical Spaces are a specialty of ours. The systems
that go into these spaces have to not only hit the seating, but, they
also must survive the environment in the form of BALL HITS, Lack
of Training on the part of the users, and simply TIME itself. These
systems need to last an AVERAGE of 15 years in the space before
service or replacement is required. At the same time, they must
LOOK GOOD and MEET the CUSTOMERS NEEDS now and in the
FUTURE. Very often these needs are not met by commercially
available product, so it must be CUSTOM BUILT. We have full
facilities using COMPUTER CAD design using the same software as
many of the manufacturer's for the design work.
Making a system versatile, as in this Las Vegas Style Banquet Room
is a special challenge that we have mastered. These systems support
Live Music, DJ's, Spoken Word, AV presentation, and Computer Presentation with EASE and SOPHISTICATION. All of this technology is available to the operators, but, Totally Transparent to the Audience. Much of the technology available today uses DSP Programmable Processing to aid in the accomplishment of these ends. BUT, technology without an EASY USER INTERFACE is USELESS! If the operators FEAR the technology, they will not use it. We ALWAYS keep the USER IN MIND when designing the operation of these systems.
